1 The first step is to choose the poem that you would like to send. You may choose any poem at our site. Or you may purchase the option to include your own poem, love letter or special message (1 page max.)

2 Next, choose the bottle you would like to send and enter the poem title and poet's name in the appropriate boxes below its picture and click the "Add to Cart" button. (If you are writing your own poem, leave the boxes blank.)

3 You will then be taken to our order processing page provided by PayPal. Click the "continue shopping" button if:

• you are writing your own message
• want a salutation and closing line
• or if you need rush processing

Otherwise click "checkout" to pay by credit card or with your PayPal account.

4 If you would like to personalize your poem by adding a salutation and closing line you may purchase this option and type them in the appropriate box. The salutation will appear at the top of the poem. Example salutions:

"Dear Jessica,"
"My dearest Jessica,"

Closing lines will appear at the bottom of the poem. Example closing lines:

"All my love, John."
"Thinking of you, John."

The poem will appear between the salutation and closing lines:

If you are purchasing the option to include your own poem, letter or message, the salutation and closing line are included in the price. Simply add this option to your cart and send us your message by replying to the order confirmation email after checkout. (Please, no copyrighted material.)

Please double-check all your spellings. We do not make any changes to the text that you enter. It will be printed on stationary featuring light pink roses in the background. The font will be a very nice script font. (See image above.)

5 If you need rush processing, overnight delivery & order tracking you may purchase this option. Otherwise all orders require two days to process and around 2-3 days to be delivered to their final destination via USPS Priority Mail (U.S. addresses only). A $5.75 or $6.25 shipping & handling charge will be added to all orders (including Rush Processing orders.)

Orders received before 2 PM EST (excluding weekends & holidays) will begin processing the same day. Orders received after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Also, there will be no receipt or other information inside the box that might reveal the price to your intended recipient. But the outside of the box will have our business name and return address. The U.S. Postal Service does not let us ship anonymous packages.
